every corner store, taco shop, coffee shop, pastry joint, barber
shop, small eateries, online stores, and other small businesses.
Who Could Use It.
The
unit
You
own a coffee shop, a barber shop, a small restaurant, a taco shop, an
online store, and so on, and you are not very different from Subway,
but you own your thing.
You
have a few employees---5-15---and you work very hard. Your days are
long or short depending on how long you are open for, and you care
about your shop very much. Actually, it's what you are proud of
yourself for starting and keeping in business. I wrote this for you.
I
put this together from my knowledge of the power of email access, my
experience of kindness as a customer, my marketing experience, my
belief in consistency, and my appreciation for a good customer
relationship, overall. My hope is that, at least, this guide gives
you an idea of what's possible with a few well-meaning improvements
you could make. But every business situation is unique and you should
use your own discretion in deciding if the ideas in here apply to
your business.
